Should you wish to return an item, please contact an EarthCam representative to discuss the return. All returned items must include the RMA number issued by an EarthCam representative to be considered valid; no packages will be accepted without the RMA number, and will be returned to the sender. All sales are final on custom orders.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided that the return occurs within 30 days of the purchase date and is accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. All packages being returned must be returned to EarthCam unopened in their original packaging. All returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all camera configuration fees are nonrefundable.
