Typically, with a phone line, you use an ISP to connect to the Internet. EarthLink and XO are two ISP's with a national presence that can help you get connected with a local dial-up number. The phone company in your area can also act as an ISP and is usually the best source for DSL. Some of these companies provide server space with your account when you sign up if you need a place to house your Webcam images and associated Webcam pages. EarthCam offers services to host your images and can help drive traffic to your camera.
